Accident Blocks DI Bridge

A car traveling onto Davis Islands just after Noon today, hit a guard rail and flipped onto the driver side of the car. The accident caused a backup getting onto the islands and TGH traffic was routed onto the island along Columbia Drive.
Probably wasn’t paying attention talking on their cell phone or didn’t know where they were going and was distracted.
